Condition-Not Running the Balance Wheel has a wobble, it appears that the balance staff has either worn down or is bent / broken. There is a lot of smaller sized dents on the case. The outer has back need reattached and the hinge repaired. Most of the black has worn off the outside of the case. It has a few spots of surface rust. There is a big chip on the dial.
