This time, we’re offering a vintage pocket watch for refurbishment or use as a replacement for other watches. Attention: watchmakers, hobbyists, resellers. Circa 1900 (watch with 126 years old). Dial porcelain with roman numerals. Measures 52mm (excluding crown). Mechanical movement, Remontoir, Ancre Ligne Droite. Not working, needs revision. Published photos are featured article. Please view all photos. Requires servicing or Parts – I’ve tried to wind but the time just keeps adjusting. Don’t have any knowledge with watches but there is a Problem with the crown when trying to wind or adjust time. Watch will run for a few minutes at most then stop. Crystal cracked as per 3rd photo. Engraved appears to be “LC”. Appears it could be original leather strap which one side has separated (needs restitching) as per last photograph. The watch is wound too tight. The case measures 54.7mm wide. The back case cover has a Stag engraved on it (see picture 2). The case shows wear and has some tarnish. The dial is marked Hampden Watch Co. There is a crack between the 5 and 6 o’clock positions (see picture 5). The inside of the front and back covers are marked Warranted 14k E. Co which makes this case a gold filled case. The inside of the movement cover is marked with a flag with a star in the center of it. The movement is marked Dueber Grand, Canton, Ohio, 17 Jewels.
