Antique 1906 Waltham Gold Filled Pocket Watch RUNS w 52 Fob Chain Diamond +. Heirloom quality 1906 engraved Waltham Pocket Watch, runs strong and tested has kept time to the minute! Pristine condition full Hunter gold filled Keystone case measuring approx 1″ diameter and 1 7/8″ total height including loop. Includes 52 gold filled watch Fob chain (has some minor kinks) with small diamond on the slide, a tiny antique key of unknown use, a watch stand and cloth bag. The case is shiny bright as new with excellent retention of gilding. Intricately engraved covers with beautiful Sparrow & foliate motifs with extraordinary details and monogram. No scratches, dings, dents. Stem wind, porcelain dial in excellent condition, blued hands. Working second hand dial. There are jeweler’s service records engraved inside the cover. The movement serial number is 15201331, which dates it to 1906. Production run of 2000, grade no. The serial number 6881305 on the case covers match. Housed in a beautifully engraved period correct double bottom Elgin Giant Watch Case Co. The back of this 120+ year-old timepiece features a beautifully preserved, high-relief pastoral scene. It depicts a woman in traditional Victorian-era attire standing alongside a cow in a rural farm setting. The scene is framed by intricate scrollwork and floral motifs that extend across the entire bezel and case edges, making this a true’fancy case’ collector’s piece. There are a few minor scuffs on the crystal and a hairline near the bottom of the dial running from 6:30 to 8. While photographing, the outer case back refused to stay snapped closed. The case has a warm yellow gold tone and is marked 14K / 585/1000 Fine. Interior inscription appears to read To Dolores From Louis. The watch has a white dial with Roman numerals, red outer minute markers, blued hands, and a small seconds subdial. Running watch in overall good condition, the crystal has scratches and wear due to age and use. The watch is from an estate and the service history is unknown and its timekeeping accuracy has not been tested. 1839361 overall weight 153 grams.

Condition – honest disclosure. Running at time of listing. Dial has a hairline crack visible crossing the center toward the lower dial. Otherwise the enamel is bright with no major chips noted.
