This beautiful gold filled pocket watch case is ready to have your movement set so you can use or display it as a great collectors piece. The crystal is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks; there is only one scratch. The crown is included. Does have about 95% plate left. The case body isn’t worn through the plate in any location other than on the bow. The case has been used and has light signs of wear. This antique Elgin pocket watch from 1903 is a stunning piece that comes with its original wooden case. The watch has a beautiful white dial with Arabic numerals and a 12-hour dial. The watch features a mechanical (manual) movement with 7 jewels and a seconds hand. The gold-filled case is in great condition and has a yellow gold color. The watch is a a mid size pocket watch suitable for anyone and has somewhat of has a dress/formal style. The model number is Philadelphia warranted case co 4011450, Elgin National Watch Co 9870464 dated 1903, and it was manufactured in the United States. It is a great addition to any watch collection. This watch comes in the original wooden case. The inside dedication reads as follows. On her 49th Birthday. The watch is in running condition, however, accuracy is unlikely as with all watches of this nature and age. It has a wind up mechanism and is set also the same way. I have up for sale an old antique circa 1880s – 1890s STANDARD U. Ladies Gold Filled Pocket Watch. It has a gorgeous 20 Year B&B Royal Gold Filled Case. I believe that this is a Standard of Syracuse Watch, its not a New York Standard due to the fact it does not match the size for the serial number of the movement. The case itself measures approx 33.6 mm diameter. The case is beautiful, has just a tiny amount of brassing. The dial face is porcelain, has a minor hairline in the area of the VII and IX roman numerals. The case measures approx 36mm diameter. ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. Working Antique 1891 Waltham Grade J Gold Filled Pocket Watch. Runs healthy and strong! Loses about 4 minutes a day. Never really heard of that before. 7 jewel model 1889 movement. Bail looks to be solid gold. See photos for condition. Crystal is free of scratches/cracks. Dial is in pristine condition. Gold fill is completely intact. It was sent back and I rebanked it. I got this from my grandfather’s estate 45 years ago, and it has sat in a drawer ever since. The movement is from the Elgin National Watch Co. And the case is from Fahys, marked Fahys Monarch No. 1, Pat April 22, 1879. The movement serial number dates the watch to around 1892 (4,683,288). The watch does not work, but the stem does move the watch hands.
