Antique 14k solid gold hunter case Illinois 6 size pocket watch circa 1888. The case maker appears to be “M&W” or perhaps “W&M”. This watch was professionally serviced in August of 2021 – it’s running well and keeping time to better than a minute a day. The complete watch weighs about 62 grams and is about 40mm in diameter. As you can see from the pictures, everything (dial, hands, movement, case) is in excellent condition. Glass crystal – dial is free of cracks – coin edge bezel – tight hinges.
