Condition Notes: Watch winds, runs, and ticks when tested. When tested the watch did keep time. Not sure of last service date but may need a service. Dial shows a few spots of dust but overall in excellent condition for age. The crystal has no scratches or cracks. Case could use a little polish for a bit of sparkle, very light signs of use. This is a beautiful pocket watch, in a nickel case. A working mans watch. It is labeled C F Clare which was a jeweler who operated in Canada in the 1920′s. This watch ran when wound. No other guarantees are made as to how well or for how long. It has not been serviced, the crystal has not been replaced, and the case shows obvious wear on the fine edges. It’s a good watch. It’s not an amazing solid gold watch. You know what you’re getting.
