Hello and welcome to another of my listings! Today for your consideration is this excellent circa 1894 Elgin Pocket Watch in a great and heavy high quality 14k solid gold Solidarity Case!! It does show minor wear from use over the last 130 years, please see my photos and description for details!! The watch itself is currently running well but has not been timed! It may require service for reliable daily use. The movement is an 11j Model 3 that dates to 1894, it is an 16 size hunting configuration. It is about 113.80 grams completely assembled. The dial has at least 2 noted hairlines, one between the 12 and 1 markets going down and another sweeping across from the 12 to the 10 marker, neither are terribly noticeable, hands retain almost all of their blueing! The case opens to a crisp 90 degrees it appears. It is not monogrammed, just fabulous craftsmanship on this case!
