Scarce early 18sz Hampden 23 jewel model 4 Railroad grade hunter case pocket watch. This all original watch was made in 1898, and it is running great and keeping time. The watch has a beautiful 23 jewel high grade 2 tone nickel movement with gold movement screws and gold inlay, engraved script and gold screw down jewel settings all in great condition. The movement is marked NEW RAILWAY, ADJUSTED, 23 JEWELS, THE HAMPDEN WATCH CO. CANTON OHIO with Ser# 1201350. The original double sunk Railroad style porcelain dial is in great condition. I see a couple of very minor hairlines only with a loupe. The rare original Deuber 10K engraved Gold Filled Triple Hinged Full Hunter Case is also in great condition and is marked on both back and dust covers, Deuber Watch Case Co. The case is outstanding and both back and front covers open and close as they should. Watch has a period 15 mesh chain with a great little advertising fob from E. Up for sale is a beautiful silver pair case verge fusee antique doctor’s pocket watch, circa 1781. The watch has just been cleaned and serviced and the movement is in perfect working condition. It runs to the end of the fusee chain in all positions very smoothly and keeps very good time. The beautiful fire gilt movement is signed. Three arm steel balance.
