Antique 1919 Illinois 16s 15j Grade 303 Pocket Watch OF Victorian B&B GF Case. This watch does not run and will need to be serviced or repaired to function properly. The Pocket watch has a glass crystal which is in good shape. You can see some excess crystal glue towards the bottom of the watch. The watch dial is in great shape, no hairlines! There is some minor wear on the blued watch hands, but they still look to be in good condition. The Movement is clean. The B&B Gold Filled 16s pocket watch case is in good shape. The back case cover has a very, very small crease that can’t be seen from the outside due to the nice Victorian Aesthetic design. The watch is stem wound and pendant set. There is a problem when trying to set the hands. When the pendant is pulled out and rotated, the hands do not move. A very nice looking watch with a great dial! 1893 Elgin Victorian Aesthetic Design Engraved GF 6s Hunter Pocket Watch Case. The watch movement looks like it has been exposed to water at some point in it’s history and you can see water deposits as well as rust on the movement in the photos. The watch is missing the crystal. The watch dial has 3 small hairline cracks. The blued watch hands are still present and show some wear. The Keystone watch case is a different story from the watch movement. The Aesthetic engraved design depicts 2 birds on a branch among some flowers on the front case cover and 2 birds with the same flowers with a house in the background on the back watch case cover. Other than a small spot on the watch bow, there is no wear-through to the base metal on the watch case. The back case cover and inner dust cover close and fit well. The front case cover closes and latches well, but there is a small gap. Other than wiping the case off with some Windex and a paper towel, I have not cleaned or polished the watch case.
