Two never used vintage 16 size pocket watch screw back and bezel cases. S hiny base metal cases with fancy engraved backs. These cases have been sitting idol in a safe for over 60 years. These cases would be great for most standard American made 16 size pendant or lever set watches. Either left or right lever style will work in these cases. B ezel and back screw on and off nicely. If you like them big, this is for you. This could be private label. Its a 7 jewel, the person I got it from says its a lancaster watch co. The #s on the movement are, can’t fine any, made in 1900. This is a big watch, it measures from side to side 61.5 mm. The dial is clean with a Train on the front, no hairline, you can see in the pictures. Condition is this watch keeps good time. Winds and sets smooth. The case looks good, has a few small dents and dings, which is normal for its age. The glass is nice, has a few scratches. Its a stem set and stem wind. Ulysse Nardin Split Chronograph w 30min Register Gun Metal Case 4 Service#280. This particular chronograph has no crown or stem. It does have damage to the four oclock position but the balance appears to move freely. The internals look like theyre in pretty good shape and there appears to be no missing parts. If you check the photos I have included current price listing for the most current watch value guide. Please note the 30 minute register alone is worth an extra thousand dollars added to the price. In West Lynn (near Boston, USA). Possibly before and after. I didnt extend my research. These watches might have had a military role in the American aviation. The General Electrics made among others things, turbines, and owned an aviation plant in West Lynn since 1892. During WWI, they developed a booster for plane motors, for the US military. « The Lynn plant has long played a vital role in national defense. GE was already the world leader in exhaust-driven supercharging when World War II began. This company still exists nowadays. I sell for my sons medical and childcare needs.
