Up for sale is an antique Illinois Watch Co 16 size 21 jewel A. Lincoln pocket watch in a very nice double backed Nawco Railroad Model case out of an estate! The #9 lever-set movement is marked: A. Lincoln Illinois Watch Co. Springfield 21 Jewels Adjusted Five Positions 3445580 Double Roller. The 14k green gold filled case is in very good condition, just light scratches and wear-through along the bow/crown area – see photos. The inside of the case back is marked: Nawco KING 14 Karat Gold Filled Railroad Model Patented 465122. The inside of the movement cover is also marked. The double-sunk dial is marked: Illinois. The dial is in fair condition, there are some hairlines in the finish. The watch is running, and winds/sets properly. The dial is in good condition, there are some light scratches – see photos. The hour and minute hand have slightly darkened to light tan. The case is in decent condition, there are light scratches and areas of wear-through in the finish on the back. Inside the case back is marked: Keystone Co Base Metal K363501. The movement currently runs, and winds/sets properly. We can not guarantee the time keeping on this watch. We do not know the service history on this movement and recommend it be serviced in order to keep running and keep good time.
