This pocket watch measures one and 5/8 inches in diameter. It was manufactured sometime between 1890 and 1904. The watch, itself, was manufactured by the new Columbus watch company, numbered 357721. The case was manufactured by Essex superior, case number 631534. It is yellow and rose gold, with a pagoda motif, with a single diamond on one side of the case. This watch has been in my family for four generations. I’m looking to find it a good home. This watch has my grandfather’s name engraved inside the case.

Columbus 16, 17 jewels gold filled Hunter case Pocket watch. Is in very good condition running strong and keeping good time. 17J, movement # 358923. Gold-filled hunter case porcelain dial. Running strong keeping time. With small surface chip next to. [Mint] Item has never been used. Excellent Item is like new with very slight signs of use. Very Good Item have some minor signs of previous used but is in great condition without heavy scratches, wear or mechanical issues, may have some fine surface scratches. Good Item has slight surface scratches or slight wear, but looks great. Fair Item shows scratches or weir that is visible. Poor Item is not in perfect working order or damaged. It for sure needs a routine servicing. Silver case is marked “L coin” on inside back cover. Extra screw mark in case. When winding the crown needs to be pushed in a bit (needs adjustment to stem/sleeve). Condition as shown in detailed high resolution pictures.
