The model is Hamilton 975 and it does not come with papers or original box/packaging. The watch appears to be in good mechanical condition but has NOT been serviced recently. I have taken many photos for your reference.

This case is for 18s, lever set or pendant set American movements only. It is in very good condition with NOS crystals and good pendant hardware.
