The plant specialized in the production of watches for military equipment (aviation and tank troops). For some time in the 1950s, Ural produced wristwatches. Here is one of the products of the factory in the 1950s. Size of case : 47×39(43) mm. Size of dial: 32 mm. From lug to lug: 46 mm. Mechanical movement caliber: 3602. Strap working length – 205 mm. The movement is very similar to that of the Rolex Cortebert Pocket Watch. The watch is in GOOD cosmetic condition and keep correct time. Manufactured in 1996, this is a pocket watch from Seiko’s “Pocket” series. This model features a classic full-hunter case and a small seconds hand positioned at 6 o’clock on the dial. It was once used as a gift from the Prime Minister of Japan, with some examples bearing the engraving “Gift from the Prime Minister” on the case back. However, it is speculated that this particular watch may have been presented as an award to a recipient at a sports competition sponsored by P&G.
