18S Crescent pocket watch case in very good condition. This case is heavy at 84.0 grams and will protect any movement you install. Case will work for either lever or pendant set movements. This case has an NOS crystal and is the swing-out style. The pendant hardware works fine. Case: Open Face, Swing ring. Maker: Crescent W. C. Co. Outside D : 56.0 mm. Inside D : 44.9 mm. I have up for sale a nice antique / vintage original 1912 Elgin Men’s 16 Size 14K Gold Filled J BOSS Crescent Case Pocketwatch. The serial number on the movement is 16889607 which dates it to circa 1912, Model 7, Grade 313, 15 Jewel, Pendant Wind & Set, 16 size Pocket Watch. The case was made by Keystone, its a J BOSS 25 Year 14K Gold Filled. The watch runs – winds easily and sets as it should. The stem pulls rather hard but it works. The watch starts right up after a good winding, runs but has not been checked for accuracy. There is some brassing to the gold on the back of the case. The back of the case is monogrammed as you can see. ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING, PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX, AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE. This Railroad Grade pocket watch winds and runs well. The watch crystal is in good shape with no cracks, chips or scratches. The dial has two very light hairline cracks (difficult to see even with magnifier) near the five marker, otherwise in great shape and the numbers are crisp and clear. The watch is lever set and stem wound and both work as they should to set/wind it. The nickel movement is clean. Movement is marked: “19 Jewels, Canton O, Railway, Safety Pinion, Double Roller, Adjusted to Five Positions”. It has screw-set jewel settings. The B&B Royal 20 Year Swing Out Case is gold filled. There is wear on the bottom edge of the watch case as well as a small spot on the pendant. The case back is engraved and has a very small pin-sized nick. Details for this watch include.
