Running, but I dont know the last time it was serviced. There are scratches on the crystal. There are scratches on the case. The crown is worn. There is a few small chips and hairline cracks on the dial. Please be aware that these are vintage or antique watches, they will not be perfect nor keep perfect time even when serviced.
