ELGIN SIZE 16 ANTIQUE GRADE 381 MODEL 6 HUNTING CASE WORKING POCKET WATCH 1917. ELGIN SIZE 16 ANTIQUE GRADE 381 MODEL 6 HUNTING CASE PENDENT SIDE WIND & SET ADJUSTED WORKING POCKET WATCH 1917. This one is in Very Good Condition NOTE: There is some wear and scratches on the gold case. The outside design has wear. There is some crackling in the enamel face near the number 7(SEE picture with pen). Overall a very nice Working Antique Pocket Watch. I have had it running for about three days and it keeps good time. It has an acrylic plastic crystal. The movement is stamped Elgin Natl Watch Co USA, Adjusted, Double Roller, 17 Jewels #20024472. There is a newer acrylic plastic crystal. The case is stamped Warranted Star 25 Years serial number 3781497. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Pocket Watch. This one is in Very Good Condition NOTE: There is some wear and scratches on the gold case. The case has some initials on the front. Looking inside the first case next to the movement you can see it says Warrented Cresent 25 Years #1839624. The outside of that case is inscribed XMAS 1908. The next case out is inscribed CWC Co. Trade Mark with a cresent moon and number 1839624. Overall a very nice Working Antique Pocket Watch. I have had it running for about a week now and it keeps good time. It has a plastic or acrylic crystal. NOTE: There are some scratches in the crystal nothing serious it still has a nice clear look. The movement is stamped A. Scarce 1881 18s Illinois Grade 64 Model 2 Private Label Pocket Watch Running. This is a beautiful private label movement which is in good condition. Elgin 12s Gr 345 Model 3 17j Pocket Watch 1928 Tivoli GF RARE Top Hinged Case I have never seen this case design with the hinge at the top. One spot that you see in the pic on the pack where it looks like the WG finish is chipped? Not really noticable to me. We suggest you look up all the specifics on the Pocket Watch Database if I don’t havee it in the ad. They are pretty spot on with info but we cannot guarantee their info. T his watch seems to be running fine when wound, but with this watch I do not know when it was professionally serviced last for timing, accuracy or wear. We wind them to be sure they are running but no professional servicing or longevity testing. As all estate finds we suggest it be serviced and cleaned to keep this running for years ahead and to be sure all parts are still in specs. All watches have anti tamper sticker attached due to fraud.
