The product is a very mint 1902 Waltham Vanguard A. Case pocket watch, featuring an open face closure and 19 Diamond ruby and saphire jewels. This vintage timepiece has Arabic numerals on the dial in flawless condition, a solid caseback with a watham swing out case. It belongs to the railroad grade style with a 12-hour dial, making it a coveted collector’s item. The pocket watch is a mechanical manual hot rod movement from the United States, with a classic design that appeals to watch enthusiasts and collectors alike. Watch Company 51mm Case Manual Wind White Dial Pocket Watch -REPAIR. I wind it but it’s not working. The gold plating has worn off so it’s down to the color brass. The inner cover is loose. Aside from that nice pocket watch. They may work but may need repair, service or cleaning for them to work properly. Ask questions and i will be happy to help. The Item in this lot is in used condition. It’s old so has some visible wear, scratches and discoloration due to age and everyday use.

Watch was recased at one-point, brass hunter case most probably gold-plated measures 57mm across. Front cover does not close tight, leave small gap between the case. Front spring and pusher to open front cover is not operational (please see ebays pictures for the case condition). Back cover closes tight. Good hinges and crown, slightly loose bow. Porcelain dial with hearlines, good glass crystal. High grade Tissot movement 15-17 jewels, not visible serial number.

There is a name etched on the inside of the case back. The case back doesn’t close tight. The watch crown winds. The second hand has some movement, but it stops after a short time.
