Model: Reference #201 Triple Date Moon Phase Condition: This listing is for a rare Swiss made Comor pocket watch in a heavy 20 micron gold filled case. Inside is the infamous Valjoux 886 17 jewel hand winding movement with single pusher crown. The watch is running, keeping accurate time and it will start, stop and reset to zero as it should. We state it is running for the specific reason to let you know that it won’t need extensive repairs like a new balance staff or balance work. There are pushers on the side wall of the case which will operate the month, day and date settings. There is 1 pusher that operates the day/month and if you push it half way in, only the month will advance. There is 1 pusher that operates the date and moon phase and there is 1 pusher that I don’t know what its for because nothing seems to happen when you press it in. Although this movement is set up for a single pusher to start, stop and reset the chronograph feature, it can easily be converted back into a wristwatch 2 pusher style movement that it was originally designed for. The gold filled case is a heavy 20 micron plating showing no signs of wear through anywhere on the case, not even the bow and crown. I believe this watch was only worn a handful of times and spent most of its life in a drawer or a safe. I do everything I can to prevent your clock arriving damaged. Coin Silver case has a total weight of 63.8 grams. The hinge for the crystal bezel snaps closed but the hinge is not attached. Condition is good for its age and type with typical scratches nicks dents etc please see photos.

Waltham Chronograph 14s 1886 pocket watch in coin silver case running but a bit sluggish. Probably hasn’t been cleaned and oiled for some time. Dial is very nice no chips or cracks that I can see. Dust cover hing is broken but snaps on and off securely. Front cover operates properly with good spring action. I think crystal is plastic. Back cover closes as normal but takes very little to open. Stays closed when held back facing down.

This case is for 18s, lever set, American movements only. The small compact look really sets this case off. Case: Open Face, both covers screw on/off. Outside D : 56 mm. Inside D : 44.87 mm. Please use the photos as a big part of the description and please contact me with any questions.

Neat little box that looks handmade. Info – I have timed many of the watches, but you must know that when these watches travel in the Post Office sometimes, they are bumped a lot.
