The 1883 New York Standard Watch Co. 7 Jewel Hunting Pocket Watch is a classic timepiece with a mechanical (manual) movement and 17 jewels. It is a gold filled case with a polished finish, perfect for men who appreciate vintage timepieces with a hunting theme. This analog display watch comes with a white dial, 12-hour dial, and is sure to add a touch of sophistication to any collection. I DO JOT KNOW IF THE WATCH WORKS. IT WAS IN WORKING CONDITION ABOUT 20- 25 YEARS AGO. THIS IS STILL A VERY SCARCE WATCH. ASTECTICLY THE WATCH IS ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION. HOPEFULLY SOMEBODY WILL GET IT TO WORK. All items are examined, and every attempt is made to describe them completely and accurately. However, most items are antique/vintage, and by virtue of their age, they will not be perfect. 1902 New York Standard watch NOT WORKING. Dial is cracked (not the glass). It does not wind up, needs repair. The case is from Philadelphia watch co. Gold filled but it does not have markings of what kind of gold was used. It has the initials HCE. It’s a beautiful case. Listing as fair since the watch is not working, the case has some signs of wear as pictured.
