Antique Elgin pocket watch with 17 jewel movement marked Double Roller, serial number 19305581. Watch is currently running. Housed in a Warranted B&B Royal 20 Years gold-filled case. Crystal shows visible scratches/scuffs from age and use. Dial appears clean overall. Case shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with age. Exact service history is unknown, so long-term accuracy is not guaranteed. Please review all photos carefully for condition.
