Chain drive fusee with verge escapement pair cased pocket watch from 1807. Watchmaker Robert Williamson of London. The watch has been serviced and tested for 7 days. The watch is keeping good time. The dial has faint hairline cracks and a repair to the edge, please see picture 4. The mineral crystal is clear and free from chips and scratches. Hinges and catches are all working correctly. The large outer sterling silver case measures 58mm x 25mm. The inner sterling silver case measures 49mm x 23mm. A winding key will be supplied. The service is complete and thorough, the watch is stripped to its component parts, cleaned and checked for wear, oiled and reassembled. Testing starts once the watch has been correctly regulated. The watch is keeping good time to within 2-3 minutes per day, the watch has been tested pendant up, there may be variations in other positions.
