Time Pieces, Parts & More. 1888 Rockford Grade 66 18S 11J – 4 Ounce Coin Silver Case Pocket Watch Serviced. Watch is in excellent condition for age. Movement was overhauled August 2023 and during service a new no-break mainspring was installed. Signs of wear and use as shown. Nice Large Elgin Pocket Watch in a nice Display Case, Glass on both sides, so you can see the movement. Its a 7 jewel. 18SZ Runs very good, it was just serviced, cleaned and oiled. The #s on the movement are, 10988668, made in 1904. This is a big watch, it measures from side to side 55.5 mm. The dial is ok with a hairline down the middle, you can see in the pictures. Condition is this watch keeps good time. Winds and sets smooth. The case looks good, has a few small dents and dings, which is normal for its age. The glass is new on the front side, the back side has scratches. Its a stem set and stem wind, the watch winds and sets smooth. Has a tight bow. Can’t guarantee these old watches, they are over a 100 years old, anything could happen.
