This is an American Waltham 17j 18s Lever Set 1883 model pocket watch with Keystone Silveroid case in a wooded display case. We serviced this watch and is running exceptionally well/wind it daily and keeps time. The crystal has wear as well as the case. Face is remarkably clean. Has beautifully gold plated screws. Balance has a very nice swing. Serial number of watch is 14656384. Keystone Case serial number is 1283143 (all four components of case are numbers matching). This is an “American Star” 21 jewel pocket watch that was made by Hampden. It is an 18 size lever set watch. The dial and movement are marked N. The watch was just serviced and it runs strong in all positions. Keeps time to within a minute a day. It was disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, oiled and reassembled. It did not get a new mainspring. The movement is rust free. The porcelain dial had a huge chip at the top, which has been touched up. The case was a Keystone Watch Case Co silveroid case and the back has been replaced with another bezel from an identical case. Good glass crystals on front and back. Both bezels screw on and off easily with no cross threading. Bow stays in place. The dial will be hard to replace unless you just want to replace it with a Hampden dial? Here is a freshly serviced 1906 Elgin 18S gilt stem set and wind movement. It’s been keeping within a minute or so for the last 3 weeks. The white dial has a mark around the 3-4. Hands are straight and nicely blued still. The bow stands up firm. The crown appears to be new old stock. There is a new old stock mineral glass crystal installed. It has a small edge chips in it that’s almost unnoticeable. The front cover is very finicky but it goes. Goes easier with a rubber grip.

Elgin thin model 12 size pocket watch from 1937. This is the thin movement with detent that Elgin produced for the “thin” pocket watch craze of the 30s. It has a fancy Deuber 20 year white gold filled case with peacocks at a fountain engraved on the back. It has been serviced and keeps time to within a minute a day. Painted dial with fancy hands..
