Antique / Vintage red leather case with what feels like silk and velvet lining. Listing as unknown because I have not been able to positively identify the case. Other collectors think it could be for a WWI US medal, WWII German medal or badge, or even a pocket watch from the same time periods. I have found similar red cases used with US medals, and have found red German cases that use a very similar hinge and latches – identical construction in different shapes. I have also seen US medals with German made cases like this one. I think this is most likely for a German badge, but I have not seen an identical case anywhere online. The latch works but it is tough to close the case tight. The damage on top of the lid looks to be where a sticker or tape was applied at some point. Photographed in natural daylight. RUNNING FINE- SCARCE–CIRCA-1880- SOLID SILVER-HUNTER CASE-POCKETWATCH WITH A FINE 15 POINT DIAMOND IN COVER. SOLID SILVER CHAIN WITH SCREW LOCKING SWIVEL IS 59 INCHES LONG AS A SINGLE STRAND AND 29 1/2 INCHES LONG DOUBLE STRAND COULD BE WORN AS 4 STRANDS.

Field Stream Navigator Pocketwatch F20PKTW Compass Stainless Steel Leather Case. Heavy, well built, high quality is what you think of when you hold this pocket watch. My opinion excellent condition close to new. Appears it may have been used a few times. But the plastic is still on one part and the remaining stainless steel has minimal scratches. The Crystal dials don’t appear to have any scratches. There a 12 Chain going from the Pocketwatch to the leather case.

This Hamilton 950 B appears to be a Canadian loaner watch that was never used. The’Sturdy’ case is a Canadian model of a’Mainliner’ and the mint’Melamine’ dial also has Canadian markings. This watch runs, sets, and winds without a problem and keeps close to Railroad time. Pleases assume this watch needs serviced. Size : 16s, Open face, Railroad grade.
