The product is a vintage 1915 Elgin pocket watch with a stunning 10k gold filled Illinois hunter case. When gently shaken this neat old watch starts to run and runs for a short time. The crystal is showing some mild scratching from use and age. The dial measures about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. The movement is marked 17 Jewels and has the number 15729504. The back cover is showing some scratching. The front of the case does have some dings. Vintage Elgin 12S Pocket Watch. Serial number shows it was manufactured in 1909. Case is nickel silver and is in beautiful condition for being well over 100 years old. Dial looks clean, no major imperfections on the glass. I wound the watch up and let it run over night and it held time. The crown and stem are included however they will need to be reattached to each other, the crown popped off the stem. This will need to be reattached before you can wind the watch up however you can make the wheel turn and it will spin and the watch will start ticking as should be expected.
