Antique Hampden Hayward 18s 11j Gold Filled Hunting Case Pocket Watch, ca 1884. A very attractive men’s 18 size Hampden gold filled antique pocket watch with a very interesting paper label inside the case with matching numbers. Movement is a Hayward grade serial number 314733 and is an early Hampden made in Springfield Massachusetts. A very nice good running movement that keeps time but I have not checked it over a long period. Nice gilding on movement. Case is a high-quality Dueber case that is warranted for 20 years and does show where but very little brass. Great original paper label and a very heavy high quality case. Dial is the original Hampden dial In nice condition with original hands. Case opens and closes as it should and lids close tightly. Watches lever sat in wines and sets well.
