This is a goliath pocket watch complete with silver and shell case. The silver frame is hallmarked for Birmingham 1924 with a makers mark of HM. The 8 day watch is only marked Swiss Made, both to the dial and inside the case, as well as Argentan inside. The watch itself has hairlines to the right hand side of the dial, around the 2 and 3, as well as some fluorescent paint loss in the same area. The watch runs for the full 8 days but generally loses around 20 minutes a day, so I would say it is in need of a service. The case is fine to the front, and there is some minor loss to the cover at the rear as can be seen. The easel is good and strong and does not appear to have been repaired.
