The back cover is marked to the inside with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1916 ALD and the number 285096. The dust cover is marked to the inside Dennison Watch Case Co ALD Lion date letter r and the number 285096. It is button wind and set. The case is clean and bright and has worn as to its age with all the covers closing nice and tight. The dial and dial glass are clean and clear and free from any chips or cracks.
