Beautiful 2.8 Ounce / 80 Grams14k Solid Gold 18s Coin edge Pocket Watch Case. It measures 2 1/4 inches in diameter and 5/8 of an inch thick. Lids don’t even open 90°. It was made in 1879 in Switzerland. Note the 585 stamp on the back cover. It is the European mark for solid 14K GOLD!! It will accommodate US made 18s watches only kwks! The beautiful damaskeened movement has 21 ruby jewels, adjusted to 5 positions, and adjusted to temperature and isochronism. It has a double roller and motor barrel. The screw settings are gold and it has gold balance weights. This is a really super nice movement! Dial : The double sunk dial is a Montgomery dial and is in very good condition. Case : The gold filled case is in good condition, just showing normal pocket wear and some brass. The case looks beautiful and the covers screw on and off like they should. This is a very nice watch!
