We only sell 100% AUTHENTIC items. While most of Patek Philippe’s Pocket Watches made before the 1870s were gilt finish, this one has NICKLE FINISH, and amazingly it comes with SOLID ROSE GOLD TRAIN WHEELS which is a feature that is exceedingly rare in Patek Philippe Watches. In addition, many of the top grade features that are rarely seen from this period are also available in this watch such as MUSTACHE LEVER, WOLF TEETH, and highly curved bridges. While the movement is unsigned it is undoubtedly 100% authentic and original Patek Philippe, with the case signed on the dustcover and inside the front cover with the Patek Philippe hallmark. Condition-wise the watch is running strong but has not been tested for accuracy so we do not guarantee its operation. Cosmetically the enamel dial has chip at the edge of the sub-seconds chapter’s 10sec position. All three hand appear to be original. The caseback has slight crease-dent near the pendant, case band has a slight crease and the edge of the front cover also has slight dents. Bow does not look original but it’s easily replaceable. It comes with both Archival Paperwork and Age-Matched Box. Total weight is 88 grams. RARE EARLY 19TH CENTURY HALF-QUARTER REPEATER BY HEINRICH MUHS OF REGENSBURG, GERMANY. THE WATCH IS LARGE MEASURING 64.5MM IN DIAMETER. IT IS A PAIR CASE WATCH WITH THE OUTER PAIRCASE OF SILVER AND TORTOISE SHELL. THERE IS SOME DAMAGE/LOSS TO THE TORTOISE ON THE OUTER CASE(SEE PHOTO). THE INNER CASE IS NICE PIERCED AND ENGRAVED WITH BELL INSIDE. IT IS ALSO INSCRIBED WITH OWNERS NAME “MICHAEL WEIGERT”. THE ORIGINAL PORCELAIN DIAL IS IN GOOD CONDITION WITH SMALL REPAIR BETWEEN 3 AND 4 O’CLOCK, VERY MINOR. THE HANDS ARE OLD AND APPEAR ORIGINAL. THE MOVEMENT IS BEAUTIFULLY MADE, BRIGHT GILT PLATES AND FINELY PIERCED/ENGRAVED. IT’S VERY IMPRESSIVE INDEED. THE REPEATER IS ACTIVATED BY PUSHING DOWN ON THE PLUNGER. THIS REPEATER STRIKES LOUD ON THE INSIDE BELL. IT IS AN UNUSUAL HALF-QUARTER REPEATER. THE HALF QUARTER WILL SOUND THE TIME TO A HALF QUARTER OR 7 1/2 MINUTES. IT STRIKE HOURS AND THEN QUARTER HOURS THEN IT STRIKES A SINGLE TONE IN ORDER TO SIGNAL IF MORE THAN HALF OF THE CURRENT QUARTER HAS PASSED. FOR EXAMPLE IF IT IS 5:23 THE REPEATER WILL STRIKE 5 TIMES ON SINGLE BELL THEN TING/TANG ONCE FOR THE QUARTER AND THEN STRIKE ONCE TO SIGNAL THAT MORE THAN HALF OF THE QUARTER HAS PASSED. THESE ARE RATHER RARE AND UNUSUAL REPEATERS. THE WATCH IS RUNNING BUT HAS NOT BEEN SERVICED. THE REPEATER IS STRIKING LOUD, CLEAR AND CORRECTLY. Rare Amazing condition 21 Jewel 16s Hamilton 993 Gold filled Hunter case pocket watch. Outstanding super clean white colored porcelain dial with bold black Roman numerals and beautiful Blue colored hands. The only flaw is a tiny edge flake toward the inside of the lever. Front cover springs open strong and perfectly to 90 degrees. All case covers open, close and fit perfect together. The bow is nice and stiff. The glass crystal is spotless. The movement is gleaming and super clean. The Hamilton 21 jewel 993 movement serial number 367902 dates to 1907. The 16 size 3/4 plate lever set movement has a double roller and is adjusted to 5 positions and temperature. The nearly mint condition movement has raised Gold Jeweled settings and is complemented by the beautifully slanted demaskeening. Pocket watch sets and runs outstanding with all pivots lightly oiled and the balance with beautiful motion and has been keeping outstanding time.
