The inner case with the watch size is 51 m. All the hinges and clips work well on the cases. The enamel dial in very good condition. THE DIAL IS A VERY RARE REGULATOR WITH HOUR, DATE , MOONPHASE, SECONDS DIAL AND SWEEP SECONDS HAND THAT CAN BE STOPPED BY MOVING THE SLIDER AT THE SIDE BY THE NUMBER 45 SO THAT WOULD ALSO MAKE THIS A DOCTORS WATCH. Very fine black hands that are all original. To set the time you turn the sweep hand. The you move the date and moonphase gently moving with your finger. Hard to find 18s Railroad Grade Hamilton 21 Ruby Jewels adjusted to temperature and 5 position isochronism. Movement is absolutely fabulous to admire. Dial has a tiny tiny hairline as seen in pictures. I see no case making markers but she is a beauty. I have never seen on quite like this.
