Hamilton Railroad Pocket Watch 992 21Jewel 14K WGF Case W/Simmons chain! Watch is a double sunken recessed register porcelain dial with only one small crack between the 5 and 6 at the number 27. Other than that the watch is flawless. The case seems to be unpolished in original state. A very excellent example of this iconic pocket watch. The case is 14 karat gold filled white gold with a Simmons white gold filled pocket watch chain. The pocket watch chain is marked Simmons at the clasp. For your consideration is this 1920′s Hamilton Grade 912 17 jewel adjusted open face pocket watch, with a matched Hamilton 14K gold filled case. This pocket watch was just overhauled and the mainspring was replaced 7/7/16. High grade movement is cosmetically very nice, and is runs perfect. Hamilton Pocket watch in a salesmen display case. This case is nice with thick glass crystals on both sides and both bezels snap on nice and tight with no gaps, no dings or dents. The movement is 17 jewel lever set 18 size movement that is running strong but the dial has cracks/ The serial number of the movement is 618,063 so the book says made in 1907. This watch was made in 1901 It is 118 years old and has been stored for decades in a vault. It could probably use some service. Cosmetically it is in great shape.
