18s, 15 jewel pocket watch in excellent vintage condition. Watch case is hallmarked C. Regent has beautiful engraved detail and rich gold tone. Serial number on 15 jewel movement is marked 36821 dates this pocket watch to 1884. Dial is in very good condition with no hairline cracks. Very nice, heavy well made Aurora pocket watch it is like a piece of art. It is not in perfect condition it displays normal patina for 130 years old. This watch winds, sets and runs smoothly it will need cleaning and servicing to make it a dependable time keeping piece. The first size 18 movements were manufactured in 1884. Here is a beautiful. Antique chronog raph pocket watch/stop watch with heavy solid 14K full hunting case over 100 years old. Dates to late 1800′s or early 1900′s. Center sweep stop watch. Total weight including the movement is 120.9 grams or 77 pennyweight. Near as I can tell it is 18 ligne size (41mm). Case and movement are both numbered the same50284. The dial is perfect with no chips or cracks. It does not say on the movement how many jewels it is. My jeweler says he thinks it is 19 jewelscould be more. He did not take the movement out.
