This is a good, strong everyday case. Both bezels screw on/ off and the pendant hardware is good. This case will work for any size 18 American movement including: Waltham, Illinois, Elgin, Hamilton, and others. This case can work for either lever or pendant set movements. Stunning antique Elgin 14K Gold Filled Tri Color Full Hunter Pocket Watch with a Fahy’s Caduceus case. Beautifully detailed case with raised floral design with a bird in yellow white and rose gold both on the front and the back of the case. A gorgeous antique watch waiting to be restored to its original beauty! The case is in excellent condition. Fahy’s gold filled watch cases are known for having a thick coating of solid gold over a base metal giving the impression of being a solid gold case. Both the front and back on and close securely. Inside of case is hallmarked Fahy’s with the Caduceus symbol and the numbers 7119918. Watch is missing the crystal and does not run. A few small scuffs on the face. This does not detract and was only noticeable looking through a loupe. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
