Offered is an 18s Elgin 23J Veritas RR pocket watch. The watch has flaws: the dial should be replaced, and it is not running due to at least a bad balance staff. However, the Boss 25 year case is crisp and nearly new – glass crystal, stiff bow, only flaw is minor scratching near where the back separates from the body, not distracting and mentioned only for accuracy. The movement with it’s gold train and jewel settings and diamond cap jewels is stunning.
