Wheeler 118176 Patent Elgin Ill. The serial number on the movement dates the watch to 1870. The watch will currently run/wind/set properly. The dial is marked: National Watch Co. The hands have been replaced at some point. The inside of the case back is marked: Dueber Coin 323228. The case is in good condition, there are some light scratches. The case back is engraved T.
