The lever set movement has raised gold jewel settings, a Lossier hair spring, and is marked: Vanguard, Waltham Mass. 23 Jewels Adjusted 26615740 6 Positions Lossier Inner Terminal Hair Spring. This movement dates to 1928 according to the serial number. The double sunk, porcelain dial is marked: Waltham. The dial does have some light cracks in it – see photos. The inside of the case back is marked: Waltham Wadsworth Quality 10 Karat Gold Filled Pat’d 2.21.28 8316918. The case is in good overall condition, only light scratches on it. There are light scratches on the case and crystal – see photos. The pocketwatch will currently wind and set properly. The watch will run for a little while when wound.
