Size 3/0 Waltham pocket watch featuring a solid 14K gold case. This may very well be the most pristine case we’ve ever had, this watch was on a necklace and has hardly case wear at all. I wound it three cranks and it ran for a few hours, it’s been on my desk a couple days and it runs anywhere from about 20 seconds to a couple hours. We actually knew the former owner and this watch hadn’t seen the light of day in at least 25 years. Estate fresh, has not been cleaned. About 1 5/16 diameter. Needs the movement cleaned. If you have a preference you must let us know before we print a label. We know some buyers do like a particular service so we offer the choice. Unless you ask we will use the most convenient option. Manual wind (key wind, key set from front) 7 jewels Model 1876, Grade “Home Watch” Original 12 porcelain dial, 41.8mm, no name, excellent, no hairlines. Open face case, silver, Chester 1878, maker E. Good original unbuffed condition All covers/bezel snaps OK. Personal engraving on dustcover. Beveled glass crystal is in excellent condiition, very clear, looks NOS. Measures 47 mm wide, 56 mm tall, 16 mm thick. Total weight of watch: 92 grams. Not guaranteed or tested as waterproof, like any vintage watch.
