Offered for sale is an antique Hamilton #992B (USA) open-faced pocket watch, probably ca. This is a 16-size watch, and measures approximately 50mm (2) diameter. This watch features a Keystone “Mainliner” 10k yellow gold filled screw back and bezel case with a coin edge pattern around the edge, a 21-jewel adjusted grade 992B stem-wind lever-set movement, and a double-sunk porcelain Montgomery dial with Arabic numerals and black spade hands. The case is in excellent condition, showing signs of normal pocket carry such as minor dings on the caseback and very light brassing (barely noticeable). The bow is tight. The Montgomery dial is in excellent condition except for two very minor hairlines. The movement runs and keeps excellent time. Overall, a very presentable watch that is ready to carry with pride or present as a wonderful gift to a person who appreciates fine timepieces. Here is a nice Waltham Cresent Street 21 jewel 16 size pocket watch in a J Boss Mainliner style case. The case has some brassing around the rear cover edge and the bow, few light dings in the case. Edge and rear cover, there are reflections of my tablet in the pictures the case displays well. Watch sets winds and runs fine but not tested for accuracy. Serial number 23115655 dates it to 1919, crystal is nice and clear glass, hands are nice and blue. Please look at the pictures for a better idea of the condition.
