An antique Elgin pocket watch in an engraved hunting case with a white enamel dial, roman numeral indices, a seconds dial at 6 0′clock and blue steel hands. The case is heavily engraved with a garden scene. Metal: Gold plated Movement: Elgin National Watch Co. USA # 6706220, 7 jewels, 3/4 plate, Grade 117. Measures: 1 5/8 in diameter. Markings: The dial is marked “Elgin”, The interior of the case is marked “Rambler, 14, 158094″. The seconds hand is broken and floating under the crystal. The case has some scuffs and scratches.

Dirty case, missing bow, one of the front cover hinge is broken! Can be fixed, parts are not missing! No crystal, needs cleaning, has minor dents, has the original crown. Pre-owned items have wear/minor imperfections, and need cleaning.

1902 New York Standard watch NOT WORKING. Dial is cracked (not the glass). It does not wind up, needs repair. The case is from Philadelphia watch co. Gold filled but it does not have markings of what kind of gold was used. It has the initials HCE. It’s a beautiful case. Listing as fair since the watch is not working, the case has some signs of wear as pictured.

Antique American Waltham 1902 GF Hunting Case Pocket Watch ETC10274. Here is an American Waltham gold filled 6 size pocket watch serial #11517518. The movement is a Lady Waltham model 1890 that was made in 1902. It is a three-quarter plate 16 jewel stem set nickel movement in a gold-filled hunting case. The watch is about 50 millimeters or 1 7 /8 inches across the front of the case so its big. Condition wise, the watch case has Victorian scrollwork on both sides and is in excellent condition showing little wear or use so it’s really nice. I see a tiny hairline between 7 and 8 o’clock on the watch dial which does not affect the appearance or performance of the watch. The watch is in good restorable condition and can be used just as it is. The mechanical (winding type) (122) year old watch is fully wound and tries to run but stops, so it does not run. It does, however, continue to run when I put winding pressure on the winding stem indicating that it is fixable. Note: carrying or wearing these types of mechanical watches helps keeps them running on time. Vintage Antique Elgin 14K GF Hunting Case 1921 Pocket Watch Runs ETC10302. Here is a Very nice Elgin 16 size 14K gold filled hunting case type Pocket Watch, serial #23365463. This is a model 6 grade 386 3 /4 plate 17 Ruby and Sapphire jewel stem set nickel movement. The watch is large (about 2 two inches across) and has 2 flip open covers to protect the watch while doing tasks such as hunting hence the term “hunting case watch”. The overall Condition is excellent with very moderate wear from being carried. The case has a basket weave design over a floral background engraved on the (2) protective covers. I see a small hairline in the watch dial between 1 and 2 thru 7 near the edge. It is common with these old watches and does not affect the performance of the watch. The mechanical (winding type) (103) year old watch winds, runs and keeps accurate time over the 24 hours I timed it.. Antique Elgin Gold Filled Hunting Case Pocket Watch C3987. Here is a nice-looking gold-filled pocket watch from 1904, serial #10593423. This watch movement is a 7 jewel 6s size watch movement in a beautiful 16-size gold-filled Victorian style hunting case. There is a liner inside the watchcase that allows different size movements to be used in this case. The watchcase is 46 millimeter or just over 1 3 /4 inches across the front of the watch. This is a 20-year gold filled hunting case that has 3 hinged openings with the stem position being at 3 o’clock. This watch shows lite use. All 3 openings are nice and tight which they should be for a watch that was carried but not opened much. The front dial cover does not close like it should so you will want to get that fixed and have the watch serviced. The mechanical (winding type) (120) year old watch winds continuously, tries to run for a little then stops. So, the watch does not run. Here is a hard to fine nice 14 size 7 Jewel, Waltham Pocket Watch in a Coin Silver Hunting Case! This watch has been cleaned, Oiled and adjusted in October of 2024. The case is a Hunting Case and is coin silver! The Crown is nice and sharp! The bow is tight! The case lids open to the proper 90 Degrees! The crystal is clear! The out front lid has initials egraved on it! The dial has very faint hairlines. The inner back lid has the engraving In Rememberance of G. This is a nice running watch and will be a nice carry!
