Original 1908 Hampden Watch Co. 7 jewel Champion 18 size absolutely beautiful yellow gold filled multi-color ornately engraved hunting case pocket watch (yellow, green, brown & rose gold). No wear through on the gold filled case. Bow is nice and tight. Runs sets, winds; lever set. White enamel dial with black Roman numerals. The dial is beautiful! This is a big , heavy Hampden Pocket Watch in a Nice Display Case (Glass on Both Sides) Total WT. Its a 17 jewel movement, 18SZ Runs good. It was just serviced. The #s on the movement are, 3103904, made in 1916. This is a big watch, it measures from side to side 58.75 mm. The dobble sunk dial is clean with no hairlines, you can see in the pictures. Winds and sets smooth. The case looks good, has a few small dents and dings , which is normal for its age. The glass on front side is very nice, Comes with fob. Its a stem set and stem wind. Special Railway 23J HC. 18 size 23 jewel hunting case lever-set Special Railway pocket watch movement/dial/hands. Beautiful high grade movement with gold jewel settings, gold balance screws, and a spectacular fancy 2-tone gold and nickel damaskeen finish. Fronted by its correct double-sunk enamel dial. Serial number is 1268005. Running but balance motion is quite sluggish and I think likely this movement hasn’t seen a servicing in many years. Absolutely beautiful movement with superb 2-tone color and luster. Dial has an outer chapter hairline between 3 and 4 O’clock, a light hairline above its seconds-register, an extremely faint hairline below its seconds-register at 28 minutes, and some small edge flakes near 30 minutes.
