It has NOT been serviced or timed for accuracy. There is a very faint hairline on the dial. The case is B&B Royal 20-Year Gold Filled case.

Overall Condition: Fair, overall condition for its age. Case: There is plating wear through and scratches on the case. Crystal: There are scratches on the crystal. Crown: The crown is worn. Very attractive Repousse case, higher grade Hamilton 974 antique 17 Jewel adjusted pocket watch. Early Serial number 722878, circa 1908 making this watch over 115 years old. Watch has a hard to find Hamilton private label dial wallen Camden New Jersey. Dial does have a hairline. Watch runs some but sluggish, but has a good balance. Watch is pendants at and winds and sets correctly, but stem needs pushed down to wind. Case is a rare and beautiful silver or nickel silver Repousse case. Case is screwback and bezel case in nice condition but does have some wear. I have not seen another case like this and has a very interesting and attractive looking pocket watch case.
