Rockford 16 size hunting cased pocket watch made in 1901. 20 year gold filled case with no worn through spots, not even on the stem. I looked up the mark and found it is from Parker Brothers and Rogers of Providence Rhode Island. The case has a beautiful design with a fishscale pattern on front and back. The sides have alternating coin edge design with some smooth sections and some patterned sections. The edges of the lids are concave, which is very unusual. The lid pops open with good spring action and goes to a little bit over 90 degrees. There are some minor dings and one crease style dent in the front cover. It was just serviced and keeps time to within a minute a day.
