Here is an excellent condition and very nice looking antique mechanical pocket watch made in 1921 by Elgin National Watch Co. This watch is in excellent condition and features a white face with bold Arabic numerals and blue metallic hands. This case is a large and heavy case. The outside diameter of the case is 2 1/8th inches. Top to bottom including the stem is 2 7/8th inches. The inside diameter of the face is 1/3/4 inches. There is a lip so the movement can fit in. There is no crystal or bezel. The case is marked Coin Silver. It has a serial number. On the inside the case is stamped W. Of course it has the great engraving of the horse on the front, and the back is decorated as well. The condition is excellent. The back has two small dents, from normal use. This is a unique model and an extremely clean excellent plus Hamilton 992B in a model A display case. There is very minimal wear on the bow and the button high points which are the first places to show wear. The double sunk porcelain dial is also perfect as are both beveled glass crystals. The deep blue black hands are also excellent. The movement is also in excellent condition with a serial # C344757 ca. The watch is running great with a flat full motion. It appears to be keeping good time, but it has been in my personal collection for a few years and I don’t know when it was last serviced. This needs to go back into someone’s collection!! Quartz jewelled third wheel. Excellent case, complete with bezel. Swiss solid silver fob watch. Ladies trench style watch in solid silver. Buren Grand Prix 15-jewel movement.
