Vintage Antique American Waltham 1893 Gold Fill Hunting Case Pocket Watch C3980. Here is an American Waltham gold filled O size pendant watch serial #5573388, made in 1893. The movement is a gold guilt 7 jewel model that looks really cool. The watch is 34.8 millimeters or about 1 5 /8 inches across the front of the watchcase. There is an art nouveau dove engraving on the back of the watchcase. The mechanical (winding type) watch winds, is fully wound, tries to run and stops so it does not run. It does continue to run when I put winding pressure on the winding stem telling me it can be fixed. I see moderate wear from use on the case and it does look pretty cool.. This is an American Waltham pocket watch from the 1883 model, featuring a yellow gold filled full hunter case in size 18. It has a fancy white, pink blue dial with a seconds hand and a 12-hour dial. The watch has a mechanical (manual) movement with 7 jewels. The caseback is a snap closure, and it is a vintage luxury piece with a Waltham brand signature. Watch is currently running untested for accuracy and with no service records. Assume it will need service. The outer gold filled carved case features amazing craftsmanship as shown in pics. Top crown area has some gold wear as expected from normal use. Inner case covers have not been polished all kept as original.

Antique American Waltham 1902 GF Hunting Case Pocket Watch ETC10274. Here is an American Waltham gold filled 6 size pocket watch serial #11517518. The movement is a Lady Waltham model 1890 that was made in 1902. It is a three-quarter plate 16 jewel stem set nickel movement in a gold-filled hunting case. The watch is about 50 millimeters or 1 7 /8 inches across the front of the case so its big. Condition wise, the watch case has Victorian scrollwork on both sides and is in excellent condition showing little wear or use so it’s really nice. I see a tiny hairline between 7 and 8 o’clock on the watch dial which does not affect the appearance or performance of the watch. The watch is in good restorable condition and can be used just as it is. The mechanical (winding type) (122) year old watch is fully wound and tries to run but stops, so it does not run. It does, however, continue to run when I put winding pressure on the winding stem indicating that it is fixable. Note: carrying or wearing these types of mechanical watches helps keeps them running on time.
