Pocket Watch Case

1913 Hamilton Grade 924 Gold Filled Case 18s, Model 1, 17j Open Face Pocket Watch Working. The pocket watch is in working order. It is in very good condition as you can see in the photos. I wound the watch lightly and it has run smoothly and kept time for a couple of hours. Please review all item photos for exact condition of the piece, enlarge them and inspect, as they are part of the description. The Watch includes professional packaging with a protective case. 1917 Hamilton Grade 974 16s 17 Jewel Pocket Watch, Dueber 20 year case. Overall in nice shape. Scratches on the crystal. The dial does not seem to have any cracks from crazing. Note that there is wear on the back of the case due to rubbing of the gold plating. It is along the edges of the back. Total production of 197,000. The watch runs strong for 36 hours on a full wind. It does need the speed adjusted as it runs fast (about 20 minutes per 24 hours).

Movement circa 1957 is marked with. Hamilton- 992B- 21 Jewels- U. And 6 Positions- SN#C461712. This manual stem wind, lever set, 21 jewel, size 16 movement is running nice. Movement is housed in a beautiful Hamilton case model #15 Display Case, Stainless Steel. Looks very nice and clean and runs good. Hamilton #525 double sunk dial is in very nice condition with one hire line above the 11:00 position. Hard to see without magnification. They’re in perfect condition. Nice and clear no scratches or chips. Both front bezel and back bezel screw on and off nice and smooth and seal tight. The bow is tight and moveable no signs of wear and the crown looks really good. The crown does wind and set nice no problems. Outer edge of case looks really good with no wear that I can see. Please see pictures for more detailed description and condition. Follow me as I will be listing more watches each week throughout the month of December. I wound this watch just after a late lunch, and it was still running strong the following morning. Crystal has some light wear. Dial has a small bit of light wear but no standout flaws. Displays very well (see listing pictures). Beautiful Stainless Steel Case.
