This is a Vtg Elgin Swiss Mechanical Unitas 6497 326 Pocket Watch. Watch runs well (see timegrapher result last photo). Winds and sets well via the crown. Case has some wear, acrylic crystal has some light scratches. The face is in good condition. Missing chain ring, I may have a replacement, let me know if you want it. Comes with a 24 10K Gold Filled Pocket Watch Chain with Pearl Slider. Watch keeps excellent time. New hour hand and crystal. Watch is a family heirloom handed down to current 3rd generation. Original owner (Grandmother) lived on Long Island, NY, residing in West Sayville, NY. Engrave with initials “KL” for Kate Lieuwen born in Midsland, Terschelling, Holland. Kate’s picture is glued into back compartment, and we believe it was placed there after her early passing. I have chosen not to remove it. Watch will come with all discovered research material.
