Antique Elgin pocket watch, made in USA circa 1898 (movement serial 7562379). Movement: Mechanical, 15 jewels, Safety Pinion. Size: 18s (large men’s pocket watch). Case: Defiance case with detailed train engraving on the back – rare and collectible. Dial: White with bold Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds at 3 o’clock. Condition: The watch is fully working. Dial shows visible aging and patina (spots, wear), but numbers are clear and hands intact. The case is well preserved, with beautiful detailed train scene on the back cover. Rare railroad-themed pocket watch, over 120 years old. A great collectible piece for Elgin collectors or railroad memorabilia enthusiasts.
