WOULD SUIT A 29.8-30mm MOVEMENT. Indeed, it was made by the. Of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, a firm founded in 1859 and with a proud history. Borel was one of a handful of Swiss watch makers (that includes Charles Tissot, Henry Moser and Paul Buhre) that found early success in the world market, especially the Russian Empire.
